POSTER SUBMISSION

1. All abstract must be submitted online on the web site of the congress. Hard copies of abstracts submitted by fax or post won’t be accepted.
2. You will automatically receive an email confirming receipt of your abstract.
3. All abstracts must be written in Turkish and shoud not be longer than 300 words.
4. No abbrevations are to be used for the title of the abstract. How to write titles, names and institutiosn of authors are given in the abstract agent system.
5. Name, insititution, city and country should be typed and full address is necessary.
6. Abstract must be written and be easily understood in the following order ‘Purpose’, ‘Method’, ‘Result’, ‘Conclusion’ etc.
7. ‘Acceptance or rejection of abstract’ will be sent to author’s email address. Results can also be obtained from the the congress web page.
8. Abstracts will be published without any editing.

Information on Poster Presentation

1. Please complete the registration form, with payment of all applicable fee, required for acceptance of your poster.
2. To fit comfortably within the poster frame, posters must be designed for 100cm high x 70 cm wide panels.
3. On the top left side of the poster please indicate your poster number which will be given to you.
4. Title of the poster must be written in CAPITAL LETTERS.
5. In the next line, institution, city, country of author must be written.
6. Poster must be written in the following order ‘Purpose’, ‘Method’, ‘Result’, ‘Conclusion etc.
7. Letters should be not smaller than 2.5 cm.
8. Graphies and diagrams can be used.
